Your investment:  $250

This service is up to 2 hours and includes:

Walkthrough Evaluation: I will start with a comprehensive walkthrough of your home’s interior and exterior, assessing each room's layout, décor, placement of furniture and overall strengths and areas for improvement. 

Detailed Analysis: I will identify key focal points and potential challenges, ensuring every aspect of your property is “show ready”.

Customized Recommendations: Receive immediate tailored advice on furniture arrangement, decor enhancements, art placement, and color schemes that highlight your home’s best features.  In addition, you will receive an emailed report reiterating recommendations for each area of the home.

Your investment:  $250

This is a hands-on staging session where I will come back after the initial Market-Ready Consultation, after all recommendations have been completed and is ready for final preps. This service is up to 2 hours and typically involves rearranging existing furniture and accessories to present the home in its best light.
